What to enter for the AR New into Old Awards 2027
The AR New into Old awards celebrate adaptive reuse: existing buildings that have been adapted, retrofitted or converted to welcome new contemporary uses. Rather than simple renovations, eligible projects must evidence a programmatic change and have been completed in the last five years. Examples of previous winning and commended projects can be found here. If you have any questions about whether your project is eligible, please drop a line to prudence.fabre@emap.com.
